1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open a lakiwin account, you must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during each session of use. By submitting the registration form, you declare that all personal information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are permitted to hold only one account; creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension andforfeiture of any associated balances. lakiwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, and failure to provide these within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Permitted Use of the Platform

The lakiwin platform is intended exclusively for personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform in any way that is not part of normal individual use. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, abuse promotional mechanics, or interfere with other members' accounts is a violation of these Terms and will be acted upon immediately. Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions is also prohibited. We reserve the right to void bets, cancel transactions, and close accounts where a violation of permitted use is identified.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, and processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any applicable review procedures. lakiwin does not charge members a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any funds deposited into your account that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to the dormant account provisions detailed in section 7 below.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on lakiwin are final once confirmed, subject to the specific market rules that apply to each sport or game type. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly displayed price or market, lakiwin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to your account balance. For live in-play markets, odds are updated in real time and it is your responsibility to confirm the current price before confirming a wager. Casino-style game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes, and no betting strategy can influence or predict the result of any individual round. Disputes relating to specific bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event result being published.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

lakiwin is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment for all members across the Philippines. We offer voluntary tools including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options — full details are available on the Responsible Gaming page. If you believe your gambling activity is causing financial or personal harm, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools without delay. Self-exclusion requests, once confirmed, are applied platform-wide and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Members who are identified as showing signs of problem gambling may have additional controls applied to their account at our discretion, in line with our duty of care obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the lakiwin platform — including but not limited to logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, data feeds, and software — is the intellectual property of lakiwin or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Scraping or harvesting data from the platform by any automated or manual means is not permitted. Any unauthorised use of platform content may result in immediate account termination and legal action where warranted.

7. Account Inactivity and Dormancy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Once an account reaches inactive status, lakiwin may apply a monthly administrative fee to any remaining account balance, which will be clearly communicated to the registered email address before any deduction is made. Members can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps. If an account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account will be closed. We encourage members to keep their registered email address up to date so that inactivity notices are received promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

lakiwin provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law. Our total liability to any individual member in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period preceding the incident. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. 9. Changes to These Terms

lakiwin may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, platform features, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via their registered email address and display a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account options. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon request from our support team.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to attempt resolution through our support channels before initiating any formal legal proceedings, as most issues can be addressed quickly through direct communication.
